Okay, I am here to scream from the roof top, walking works. I have been walking 1 month and eating smaller portions, (plus working on no more late night eating) and I am finally seeing some results !!! I have just dropped one size and I am back into the jeans I worked so hard to get into last summer only to gain all the weight back. This time I will stick to it and you may ask why.
The key is to find a friend that you can be honest with on your weight and size, who is in the same boat as you, and who will gladly exercise with you.
Start with walking, and then add other types of exercise to the mix. But stay active and embrace every active opportunity you get. And smile because swimming is also consider exercise !!!
